Kelly McKinley is in charge of Business Development, Design, Integrated Project Delivery & Construction Evaluation. Informed with a five year bachelor of architecture degree from the University of Houston in Texas, combined with his broad based international knowledge and expertise he promotes the kind of synergies that inform project visioning, quality design, cost effective construction and technical decisions. He has designed and built projects in the South Pacific, Hawaii, across Canada and the United States while traveling extensively in researching great Architecture and urban design. For over thirty years has designed and built residential, commercial, industrial projects with the utmost concern for quality, cost effectiveness and work site safety. KDM has cultivated and refined a team of professional associates that push the envelop toward one common goal of achieving the client vision through sustainable design excellence. Based on specific project parameters a project team is assembled dependent on location, project type, and project size.

KDM is responsible for coordinating the entire project from beginning to end acting as the main contact person for each project. His early involvement in the design and construction management process promotes effective project coordination and communication from the very start, creating an environment for success.
