Holding a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston, Kelly has established a strong reputation for delivering exceptional design solutions across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects. His work spans Hawaii, the South Pacific, Canada, and the United States, with a broad international perspective informed by extensive travel and research into global architectural and urban design trends.
Kelly is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of each project, from concept through completion. His role encompasses business development, design direction, and construction evaluation, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality solutions that meet both the functional and aesthetic needs of clients. With a deep expertise in Integrated Project Delivery (IPD), Kelly facilitates seamless coordination and communication throughout the lifecycle of a project, aligning design vision with technical, financial, and operational objectives.
Under Kelly’s leadership, the firm has assembled a team of highly skilled professionals dedicated to pushing the boundaries of sustainable design. Each project team is carefully selected based on the specific requirements of the project, ensuring the right expertise is applied at every stage. Kelly is currently in the final stages of NCARB certification, which will enable him to obtain licensure across North America. Upon completion, he will also offer mentorship to emerging architects seeking licensure through NCARB, further contributing to the growth and development of the profession.
